What you are going to see today is something really unexpected. A plan to demolish a building in Cankiri, central Turkey went badly wrong when the 25-metre high structure rolled over onto its roof. The building, a flour factory built in 1928 which had been idle since the 1980s, was scheduled to be demolished to make way for a shopping center.
After the explosives were places the experts expected the building to collapse to the ground, but they had a very interesting surprise when the building toppled over
, its walls remained intact and it stared to roll. Fortunately the building stopped rolling before it hit another building …good news …nobody was hurt. Take a look at the video attached bellow to see the building demolition surprise in action.
